Dear Amrod Client,

We have recently launched our new catalogue. Changes to the catalogue do not automatically show on your MyWebsite.
To Fully update your MyWebsite to the latest catalogue offered by Amrod, a few configurations steps are required and should not take more than 30 minutes of your time.

Step 1:
Update your local copy of Toolbox (the Toolbox used for MyWebsite).

Step 2:
From the MyWebsite Dashboard under the “Your product catalogue” section, click the “Manage product catalogue” link



From the Catalogue manager, please ensure that all the products that you wish to show on your MyWebsite is ticked.



Step 3:
Due to price changes on the new catalogue and the addition of new prices for new products, it is required that you go through your current price lists and ensure the pricing is still valid / assign prices to new products. From the MyWebsite dashboard under the “Your product catalogue” section, click the “Manage product pricing” link.

Step 4:
From the price list editor, select the MyWebsite price list and adjust prices accordingly. The MyWebsite price list is your default price list and used for any customers not assigned to one of your custom price list. After adjusting the prices for your MyWebsite price list, continue updating all your other price list you use for clients.



Step 5 (optional):
When you have completed the update to your prices, an option “sync” can be performed. Toolbox will automatically sync any changes to price lists 10 minutes after the last change. To perform and immediate manual sync, navigate to the MyWebiste Dashboard and from the “MyWeb Sync Status” section, click the “Sync Now” link.



NOTE: After performing your updates to your MyWebsite catalogue, the server will take approximately 2 hours to update your store.
