Create YOUR Price List

Everyone needs an editable format for their pricelist. The accepted format in most cases is Excel. Previously the supplier would email their pricelists to customers whenever there are new products available, or whenever pricing changes. This can be quite often... You don’t have time to go and copy the supplier pricelist every time, change the logo, contact details, pricing and waste more time. You want to create a customised pricelist on the fly! Amrod Toolbox does that for you. You can set a global mark-up on all your products, a per category mark-up, or set individual pricing per product. Once you are done, you simply export the pricelist to excel where it is stored on your hard drive. It’s as easy as that.

Quoting

Amrod Toolbox allows you to create quotations for your customers, and to send them out using professionally designed HTML templates with added mark-up, your logo and details, and a personalised note for that extra touch. You can also check stock in real time, to ensure that the stock is available.

Your client will receive their quotation in their mailbox, and if the quote is accepted, you can generate a purchase order which can be sent directly to your distributor with the order, and send the customer the detailed invoice for payment. This is very basic book keeping, but it’s all free, and extremely simple to use.

Mailers

Distributors have dedicated design teams, creating special flyers, and bulk email campaigns to promote the products which they offer. The difficulty here is that small resellers and retailers do not have designers in-house. Changing the mailers to reflect your image and pricing can often be time consuming, tricky and costly. In addition to this you also need bulk email software which further adds to costs. For the reasons mentioned above, resellers will often delete mailers which they receive from their suppliers, without sending them to their clients, thus, ignoring the potential sales that it might generate.

When in Toolbox mode, you will see Amrod branding, with pricing and products that applies to you (i.e. Amrod’s wholesale and branding prices etc). If you switch to Presentation mode, your customers will see your personalised template, along with the marked-up price lists that you have created. In this way, you are promoting your products professionally from your computer. Best of all is that you do not need to be connected to the internet in order to browse through the catalogue.
