With over 20 years in the promotional product and branding space, Amrod is geared to working with our clients to supply good quality, well priced, expertly branded promotional products within industry-leading turnaround times.

As a strictly trade-only supplier, Amrod does not supply end users (companies buying for their own internal use of the product) and only supplies registered and approved resellers (companies buying for the purpose of reselling the products). As such, our registration process is vigorous and requires that you supply us with the necessary documents and company information to confirm that you are a promotional reseller. We will not supply to companies whose core function falls outside the resale of promotional, advertising, marketing and workwear products.

How it Works

Once you have completed the required fields in the “Apply to Register” section of this page and attached or emailed the necessary documentation, your application will be vetted to ensure that the core function of your business is the resale of promotional products and/or apparel.

For client based in South Africa: if your application is approved, a once-off fee of only R 999.00 excl VAT is payable for your registration and gives you access to the products and services offered by Amrod, as well as your welcome pack valued at over R 1 200.00 ex VAT.

The welcome pack is jam-packed with amazing branded products showcasing our diverse branding methods which will not only enable you to explain the branding to clients, but also show them tangible examples of some of the amazing branding methods available.

For clients based outside of South Africa that register successfully, please enquire about the welcome pack with your Amrod representative.

Should your application be successful, you will receive an e-mail with our terms and conditions as well as an invoice for the registration fee. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before signing and sending them back to us along with your proof of payment.

Once the registration process is complete, you will receive an e-mail from Amrod with your log in details for our websites, contact details and a step by step guide on how to deal with us.

All newly registered clients begin on our Jade Tier and the service bundle offered is as follows:

  • Username and password to log onto the Amrod website where you will have access to stock levels, pricing, branding guidelines, branding recommendations and branding pricing.
  • Ordering: All orders are placed and paid online enabling the order to enter into the next stage of processing without delay.
  • The majority of branding methods are open to Jade at a charge and all pricing is available once you have logged on to our website. Please note that embroidery is only available once you reach the Quarts tier.
  • Tracking of all processed orders on your online Dashboard.
  • Dedicated call centre to assist you should you face any challenges.

Join us for Training: we hold regular client training sessions where we cover topics including: online features, artwork, Jade, ALP etc.

We highly recommend that you and your team join us for as many of these free sessions as you can.

We highly recommend that you/your team attend one or more of these training sessions to enable you to utilise the entire Amrod offering.

Showrooms: Visit one of our world class Amrod showrooms where you can look at products, brainstorm ideas and set up meetings with your clients in one of our meeting rooms. Our showroom coordinators are also on-hand to assist with any questions you may have.

Amrod rewards its customers for their loyalty through the Amrod Loyalty Programme (ALP). The more you spend and utilise our entire offering, the more points you accumulate towards reaching a particular Amrod Loyalty tier. Our total-solution includes a host of online tools and services which were designed to make dealing with us convenient and efficient.

Amrod is a strictly Trade-Only supplier. To avoid competing with our clients by supplying direct to the end-user, we go to great lengths to ensure that we only supply Promotional Products Resellers.
