Job Title: Production Support Clerk
Division and Department: Production
Minimum Skills and Knowledge Required: • Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent. • Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role. • Excellent English communication skills both oral and written. • Above Average Computer literacy (MS Excel & MS Word). • Excellent Numeracy skills

Brief Description of Key Performance Areas: • Manage power BI, fault finding on stats, graph’s and open tickets for IT to correct the faults, also opening tickets on creating new reports on Power Bi. • Logging tickets on Jira for production, (change request tickets, IT issue tickets, dynamic tickets CRM tickets etc) • Logging tickets and testing for TCPro • Test all change requests with the development team • Attend the development team meetings regarding any systems (CRM, TCPRO, the new production report etc) • Prepare weekly management meeting presentations • Monitor rejects trends and prepare a report on. • Capture the weekly growth reports. • Update of the monthly morning scanning roster • Sending the production managers, a weekly update on all open E-works and Jirra tickets in production. • Adhoc admin related tasks. • Ensure that all tasks are executed in a safe manner with due regard for the Company policies and procedures. • Report unsafe act and/or working conditions and/or injury on duty to supervisor immediately or a soon as reasonably possible. • Maintain good housekeeping standards.
